Hans was the fourth technical employee of SpaceX at the VP of Avionics and worked his way to be the Vice President of Flight Reliability in 2011 making him responsible for the safe completion of SpaceX missions. Hans is now semi-retired and working as an Advisor and Board Member helping to support continued advancement of the industry.
